The Mitsis Laguna Resort is a beautiful property with impressive aesthetics and a relaxing ambiance. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, especially with the difficulty in making reservations for the a la carte restaurants. The rooms were well-equipped but had some drawbacks, like limited storage and outdated bathrooms. Overall, it has strengths in its facilities but could greatly improve its dining logistics.
Our stay at Mitsis Laguna was full of mixed experiences. The hotel itself offers a stunning environment with impressive facilities, and we truly loved the variety of dining options available. However, the service was hit or miss, especially at reception, which impacted our overall impression. While the location is appealing, the beach access could use improvement, making it less than ideal for relaxing seaside breaks.
My stay at the Mitsis Laguna was mostly enjoyable, highlighted by the lovely service and a wonderful array of dining options. The facilities were impressive, and the pools were delightful for relaxation. However, the rocky beach access was somewhat disappointing and made swimming difficult.
